My daughter and I just went to Pico Rivera Family Dentistry today; and met the new team, under the new management. My daughter and I share the same sentiment. From the moment we came in we felt very welcome. I have not been introduced to everyone but together with Dr. Thi Nguyen, are your friendly all-around reception, Nancy and staff from Millie and the dental assistant Michelle, I did not get the name of the one who assisted with my daughter but I remember her, she too was very nice. The whole team and the people coming in from their other offices who were helping out are all great people, cordial and considerate. We look forward on going back for our future appointments. Even in the evening after the visit, Dr Thi Nguyen gave a follow text just to check on how me and my daughter were doing. The overall experience was wonderful!
I went here for a tooth extraction. I was greeted with a warm smile by Nancy. They were so sweet and informative. They made sure that I was comfortable. Millie and Nguyen work behind the screens..... they were super helpful and made sure my x-ray and everything went smoothly.... Dr. Thi Nguyen was AMAZING.....She was gentle, informative, patient, and explained everything as it was happening. I explained to her my concerns and she made sure that I was comfortable and happy. I couldn't have picked a better Dr myself. If you have super anxiety like me when it comes to going to the dentist then this is the place for you. You will be happy here. Trust me!
I had a great time at this dental clinic. For starters, I was greeted well by the Ashley. Soon after I met with the X-ray technician and she made sure that I wouldn't be burnt or injured by lab equipment. Apparently I had some issues with my teeth, needed deep cleaning, couple of crowns a couple of cavities. Yeah bad shape. Anyhow my dentist Dr. Thi Nguyen was really nice, she knew her stuff and went out of her way to make sure I wasn't in pain. Out of all the dentists that I have been to this place was the first one that got it right. I didn't feel the slightest bit of pain. As for the billing, they let me know of my payment options, what my insurance covered and what I had to cover. As for the four stars well I don't ever give a five as there is always room for improvement.
